Term and Condition:

1. Dear Customer, we Aim to serve you within 24 hours.
2. Minimum order quantity is 10 jar 
3. If you don’t have empty Aqua Nawa Shristi 20 litre Jar, There will be (refundable) deposit charge of Rs. 300/- Per Jar.
4. It is mandatory to handover empty Jars.
5. Our Delivery hours are from 6am to 6pm on all days. Please note that there will be deliveries during public holidays and Saturdays too.
6. Consumer is eligible to raise any requests related to the discrepancy in delivery updates within three days upon receiving communication on his/her registered mobile/email. Such requests can be raised on our customer service number 9803450802 or email- contact@nawashristi.com.np.
